Robert W. Rund, Attorney at Law

Mr. Rund received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1970. In addition to being admitted to practice in Indiana, Mr. Rund has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Rund has concentrated his practice in business related immigration and education law.  He is a past Chair of the Indiana Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and served for three (3) years as a member of the National Board of Governors.

D. Michael Wallman, Attorney at Law

Mr. Wallman received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1973, his Master of Science degree in 1974, and his J.D. degree in 1977, all from Indiana University. For several years, Mr. Wallman was Section Chief for Federal Litigation with the Office of Attorney General of Indiana.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Southern and Northern District Courts in Indiana, the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Mr. Wallman joined the firm of Rund Wallman & Robbins LLP in January of 1994 and became a partner in January of 1998.  Since joining our firm, Mr. Wallman has represented clients seeking citizenship through naturalization and permanent residency based upon family relationship. Mr. Wallman also represents international professional athletes and investors seeking U.S. immigration benefits. Mr. Wallman currently is Secretary of the Indiana Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Jeffrey L. Robbins, Attorney at Law

Mr. Robbins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and his Bachelor of Arts degree in German from Purdue University in 1985. He later attended law school at Indiana University, Indianapolis, and graduated in 1990.

Since 1998, Mr. Robbins has been employed in private practice with Rund Wallman & Robbins LLP, where he practices immigration and nationality law and school law. He became a partner with the firm in January of 2003. Among others, Mr. Robbins represents clients in the fields of information technology, higher education, health care, pharmacy, automotive electronics, culinary arts, hotel and hospitality, and religious institutions.

Mr. Robbins focuses his practice primarily on temporary and permanent authorization to work in the United States, including H-1B visas, TN (NAFTA), Permanent Residency based upon an offer of employment, and special handling of post-secondary teaching faculty.

Mr. Robbins has served on the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as having served as Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer of the local Indiana Chapter. I addition, he currently is a Board Member, General Counsel, and Secretary for Crossroads Fellowship Ministries. He also has served as Vice-President of Sister Cities of Greenfield, Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors of Love INC of Greater Hancock County. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Hancock County Bar Association, and The Florida Bar.

Susan Snider Salmon, Senior Case Administrator

Ms. Snider Salmon joined Rund Wallman & Robbins LLP in 1998 and coordinates client matters for business and family immigration cases. She assists attorneys with the initial review of potential cases, preparation and processing of temporary nonimmigrant employment authorization, changes and extensions of status, alien labor certification applications, immigrant petitions, various employment and travel document requests. She also assists employer clients on I-9 compliance, F-1 and J-1 student issues, and other general immigration matters.

Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Snider Salmon served Indiana University for nearly twenty (20) years as a foreign student advisor and was responsible for admissions and academic advising with the College of Arts and Sciences.

After completing a Bachelor degree with a double major in History and Anthropology, Ms. Snider Salmon completed Masters work in the School of Education, majoring in Higher Education, College Student Personnel Administration.

Erin M. Clor, Case Administrator

Ms. Clor joined Rund Wallman & Robbins LLP in 2008 and coordinates client matters for both business and family immigration cases. She assists attorneys with preparation and processing of cases involving temporary nonimmigrant employment authorization, changes and extensions of status, alien labor certification applications, immigrant petitions, adjustments of status to permanent resident, various employment and travel document requests, and general immigration matters.

Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Clor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis. She also worked for over three years as an Immigration Paralegal at a large immigration law firm in Chicago, Illinois. In addition, she completed a six month internship at Exodus Refugee Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, and spent two years teaching English to French high school students in the Strasbourg region of France.

Yuri Toyofuku, Immigration Case Coordinator

Ms. Toyofuku joined Rund Wallman & Robbins LLP in 2006 and coordinates client matters for both business and family immigration cases.  She assists attorneys with preparation and processing of cases involving temporary employment authorization, changes and extensions of status, consular visa applications, and Alien Labor Certification applications.

Ms. Toyofuku has experience as a Japanese interpreter in the U.S. and as a legal secretary for a Japanese law firm.  She also has experience as the assistant manager for a large Japanese corporation arranging work authorization and consular visas for numerous countries, including the U.S. 

Ms. Toyofuku holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Toyo Eiwa University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis.
